CLOCKMATE™ FINGERPRINT
ClockMate™ incorporates a USB biometric fingerprint module and a proximity card reader used for time-and-attendance purposes.
The ClockMate™ System is made up out of three separate software modules, the Clocking, Admin and Reporting module. All transactions are stored in a central SQL database. ClockMate can run on a single PC or can expand to Multiple PC’s over multiple sites where the data is transferred via the LAN. Manual Data transfer is possible via memory stick where no infrastructure exists.
Clocking Module
• This module is the dedicated clocking station where users/staff will clock in and out.
• All relevant user/staff data will be pulled from the SQL database, either local or remote to this module.
• Auto logout can be enabled coupled with a time to auto logout users/staff as a fail-safe.
Administration Module
• This application is dedicated for the administration of user/staff and area management.
• All user/staff data will be entered here as well as user/staff image, card numbers and fingerprint enrolment.
• All users/staff can then be assigned to designated clocking stations in specific areas.
• User/staff can be set to clock using only the biometric fingerprint reader or the proximity card reader or a combination of both.
Reporting Module
The reporting module is a separate application that can be added to the admin program to give the ClockMate system reporting functionality.
There are 2 separate reporting systems to choose from.
Option 1
• All user/staff transaction and times is calculated and exported to Microsoft Excel.
Option 2
• This package includes filters for specific type reports.
• The Time at work over a selected period is calculated and reported.
• T&A report can be exported to wage packages like VIP
• Reports can be customized to client specification.
