VISITORMATE™

A paperless visitor system was developed with simplicity and ease of use in mind.

Features

• A visitor entering the building with electronic equipment i.e. laptops etc is registered into the system with the serial numbers of the equipment he possess.
• An identity photograph is captured and the system allows the option of printing a visitor access sticker.
• The sticker will contain the visitor name, employee visiting, meeting area if any, the barcode the visitor was entered with and a photo image.
• If the visitor had been registered previously, the system retrieves original captured data of the visitor, allowing for any changes that need to be made and the process is more convenient and less time consuming.
• An intranet web based system running on IIS is also available for employees to add and modify visitors or book them for scheduled meetings thus enforcing scheduled visits and minimizing enrollment time
• If configured the visitor system will only allow submissions of visitors that was pre-booked on the intranet web system for specific dates.
• If configured the visitor system can send out a pulse to a relay board on successful submissions. (Relay box consist of 2 relays)
• If configured the visitors can be retrieved by the use of a barcode scanner or facial recognition, else visitor can be retrieved using lookup fields.
• The visitor is attached to the employee (escort) he/she is visiting by selecting the employee’s details from the employee list.
• If configured the system has a waiting list where visitors waiting for the escort/employee to arrive is placed.
• Once the escort arrives and his card number is attached to the visitor, the visitor status change to “In Building”.
• If configured the program will sent a notification e-mail or sms to the employee, informing him of the status of his visitor.
• On exiting the building the visitor needs to return the sticker/card to the operator allowing the system to detach the visitor from the employee (escort).
• If configured the operator only needs to scan the visitors barcode residing on the sticker to detach the visitor from the system.
• Employee labels can be printed out to apply to electronic equipment like laptops that can be scanned to verify user and equipment verification.
